Description of problem:

When I try to install lib64gdk_pixbuf2.0_0-loaders-png16-2.28.1-3.mga4.x86_64.rpm it reports a conflict with *-png15:

I did read the dev mailing list and I do realise it's work-in-progress (WIP), but I just noted that this package cannot be installed due to the non-presence of the Obsolete directive, and therefore it should be fixed. Someone on #mageia-dev on IRC said I should file a bug about it.
