Description of problem: No Cyrillic support in moc


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): moc-2.5.0-0.3.beta1


How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. to run mocp in Russian locale
2. to see ############# instead Cyrillic

Sollution:
to rebuild moc, to change ncurses -> ncurses++w in spec file.

Screenshot and patch for spec are in attachment.

This version moc from Valek Saikov is for Tainted.

moc-2.5.0-1.beta1.3.mga4.i586.rpm is with Cyrillic support now.
