The "net_applet" program crashed. Drakbug-15.54 caught it.

Shutdown after some apps installation via RPMDrake.

Maybe conflict between 2 different versions of Eee-control 0.9.6 (was present 4mga3, opted out & 6mga3 opted in)

    do not attempt to create /dev/* if not root
