Description of problem:
When the icon of gsmartcontrol is click on it starts to load, then gets on error.
The same occurs when it is started from a command line.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
gsmartcontrol-0.8.7-3.mga3


How reproducible:
Everytime it starts

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clicking on the Gsamrtcontrol icon
2. Typing from the command line "gsmartcontrol"
This is what is returned from the cli:
gsmartcontrol

Looks like it's fixed in Mageia 4.
