Why is the patch for kdelibs-4.9.5 http://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=76310 not to update in the KDE-version 4.10.2? The illegal folder /.config is always actuell in the KDE-Version 4.10.2.

In Gentoo works fine the following:
mkdir -p /etc/portage/patches/kde-base/kdelibs-4.10.2
wget -O /etc/portage/patches/kde-base/kdelibs-4.10.2/kauth-set_enviroment_variable_HOME_for_helper_if_not_set.patch "http://bugsfiles.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=76310"
emerge -1 kdelibs

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.

Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates. As a result we are closing this bug.

If you can reproduce this bug against a currently maintained version of Mageia
please feel free to click on "Version" change it against that version of Mageia
and reopen this bug.
