Description of problem: After editing settings in kcm-grub2 the "apply" triggers an error dialog with: #---------- Command: /sbin/grub2-mkconfig /usr/sbin/grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg Error code: -2 Error message: The process could not be started. #---------- The changes are applied correctly to /etc/default/grub, so a workaround is to close kcm-grub2 after receiving the error and manually run update-grub to 'apply' the new settings.
