Hi, where does this patch come from?
CC: (none) => stormi
This patch is used in all distros, which are building in Russia: for example: AltLinux: http://www.sisyphus.ru/ru/srpm/Sisyphus/unzip/patches EduMandriva: ftp://ftp.linuxcenter.ru/pub/Mandriva/EduMandriva/educontrib/2010.1/SRCRPM/free/ etc.
Yes, but it's a huge patch and I think we need to know who wrote it, under which license, whether there are patent issues in the rest of the world...

libnatspec develops by Alt Linux. They use libnatspec with catpkt, dict, o3read, pmount, unzip (http://pkgs.org/search/libnatspec.so.0?type=requires). They do not patch p7zip. So I close this bug.
