Description of problem: This is for today's prerelease iso of Mageia3 Final. Running live Mode and after finishing install from Mageia-3-LiveCD-GNOME-en-i586-CD one is thrown out of the desktop and has to login once again in many unexpected situations: For example: * system settings --> close it * sound settings --> close it * network settings --> close it * universal access settings --> close it In my judegement this should be a release blocker for the gnome isos, but it is for bugsquad to say so. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:

how do you close the windows ? I can't reproduce in my vm (with c
oups with crtl+f4 or the X of the windows.
I only tried X in the upper right hand corner. Difference is it was running on real hardware. But reproducible in the sense that it was there 1) during Live mode and 2) after finishing install and reboot.
And I do not see the same with 64 bits Live DVD Gnome
Valid for 18th May LiveCD Gnome i586 on real hw
If I use the same prerelease iso with kernel option xdriver=vesa, all the stuff in the GNOME panel at the top wont work. So there's nothing I can start which might kick me out of live, but there is no power off and no terminal desktop icon either.

does it stop crashing if you enable sna in xorg.conf ? Section "Device" Identifier "intel" Driver "intel" Option "AccelMethod" "sna" EndSection
