Description Ahmad Samir 2011-04-27 04:38:01 CEST
If the current wallpaper (which is too bright/white), is shipped in Mageia 1, then the text color of desktop icons in GNOME needs to be adjusted as it's white at the moment.

The fix will probably involve modifying the gtkrc in the default GNOME them (i.e. ia_ora-gnome), and maybe in other upstream GNOME themes. (I think the current wallpaper is too bright, and should be adjusted before release, anyway....).

This bug report https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=660556 gives a sample of what needs to be in gtkrc files.

The wallpaper will probably be changed, but it's better to track the issue here so that it's not forgotten.
