Hello Mages,

First, excuse me for this request in discuss maillist.

Since Mageia creation a Brazilian community worked and supported the move to do this new distribution. We are translators, packagers, promo members, upstream developers in other free software projects, and we did several works like a great user forum in portuguese, a great wiki with high quality tutotials in portuguese , we got a great mirror and several others small mirrors to Mageia in Brazil, and more.

Mageia Brazil community wants better articulate its members to promote Mageia in Brazil. So we request, if possible, a maillist in Mageia ML to Brazil community.

We would be grateful.

One of the concerns, when council discussed setting up another "local" mailing list in 2011, was that it would be "dead" (having too little action).

It might be useful if all Brazilians who support this Brazilian mailing list, say so in this bug report :-)

In last council meeting

However, 2 or 3 identified moderators will be needed for the list.
