Description of problem:
In KDE, MCC Help entries are not translate in French.
"Mageia MCC User Manual in French" should be "Manuel utilisateur de Mageia MCC"

I think there is another problem: there are two menu entries. One in Documentation folder and another one in Tools > System Tools.
I think just the first one is necessary.

mageia-doc-3.5-1.mga3 fixes these issues and it's now available from our repositories.
