I need same plug-in to qgis (for example HomeRange_plugin, etc.) and this plug-inÂ´s want rpy and rpy2 package in magea repozitary.

http://rpy.sourceforge.net/rpy2_download.html

You mai use rpy and rpy2 from mandriva package contrib/cooker python-rpy-1.0.3-3mdv2011.0.src.rpm and python-rpy2-2.2.5-1.src.rpm

As far as I understand, now python-rpy2 is there, so this bug can be closed. Please reopen if I am wrong.
