Description of problem:
Beta 3 installer can't finish updating packages and get's into a loop of trying and trying to update.

The error I got was conflict when installing lib64xcb-devel due to conflict with libxcb-devel.

I had Mageia 2 up to date and updated using Mageia 3 Beta 3.

How reproducible:
Take a Mageia 2 with lib64xcb-devel and libxcb-devel and update using the Beta 3 installer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Take Mageia 2 and install updates
2. Install lib64xcb-devel and libxcb-devel
3. Update using Mageia 3 Beta 3 installer.

That's not an installer issue but a packaging issue
