Description David Walser 2013-04-16 18:09:57 CEST
Running KDE in a VMWare ESXi VM in Cauldron, the Device Notifier system tray icon activates and shows a "0 B Removable Media" device (with the floppy icon), seemingly just because /dev/fd0 is present. Obviously trying to browse that device in Dolphin results in an error since there's no media present.

I don't remember this happening in January in Cauldron, and it doesn't happen in Mageia 2.

The actual issue may be in some lower layer, but it manifests itself in KDE.
