Could check your ~/.kde4/share/apps/lancelot/newdocuments folder ? CC:
(none) =>
balcaen.john i'll push a new kdeplasma-addons, would you please test it to see if it's able to found libre-office ? #c1 Typing this before I install any updates. The folder ~/.kde4/share/apps/lancelot/newdocuments contained entries for; writer.desktop, impress.desktop, calc.desktop All have no icon for them, and have descriptive text from the Mandriva 2010.1 OpenOffice install. there's nothing we can do about that (without intrusion in $HOME folder): lancelot is in fact copying the desktop file for /usr/share/applications & put it in ~/.kde4/share/apps/lancelot/newdocuments. With the last kdeplasma-addons release i patched lancelot so it's looking also for libreoffice desktop files & then copy them in the ~/.kde4/share/apps/lancelot/newdocuments. Would you test the last kdeplasma-addons ( kdeplasma-addons-4.6.2-2.mga1) to see if it's removing by default the openoffice.org entries, if not you'll need to remove them manually.
