Description of problem:
"Open containing folder" doesn't work after a fresh install (It's the option that appears when you right click a file that you've downloaded from the firefox download manager)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download a file with Firefox
2.Right click on the file from the Firefox download manager window
3.Click on Open containing folder
