During upgrade test from Mageia 2 to 3, using urpmi,
urpmi starts the dconf update from the gdm postinstall
scriptlet, and stops waiting for it to finish.  During
an upgrade, the dconf update never completes, blocking
the rest of the upgrade.

Pretty sure this a dupe of bug #9534 as lots of things dbus are breaking due to dbus upgrade (i.e. new connections are just hanging and not returning control). I'll keep it separate for now, but all debugging will go into the other bug.

I've now confirmed this is due to the dbus issue in bug #9534

Using the work around of not updating the dbus packages allows the install to proceed happily without hanging.
