Description of problem:
various updates to kipi-plugins are available but always throw an error when an update is attempted. error like:

file /usr/share/locale/bs/LC_MESSAGES/kipiplugin_htmlexport.mo from install of kipi-plugins-1:3.1.0-1.mga3.noarch conflicts with file from package kipi-plugins-htmlexport-1:3.0.0-0.rc.4.mga3.x86_64
