Ok i'm able to reproduce with the xguest user (& not my own user so that's why it was submitted :/ ).
It's probably due to one of the branch patch i added on the last kdelibs4.
I'm trying a patch & also to reverse this one, once i can fix it i'll submit a new kdelibs.

Could you try with the next kdelibs kdelibs4-4.6.2-3.mga1.src.rpm?
It seems to be fixed here with my xguest user.

Not available yet on the mirror I use (distrib-coffee.ipsl.jussieu.fr). How can I get it?

It should be available now on distrib-coffee (when i posted the message the package was just submitted on mageia build system, i tried before with a local build).
