rescue mode has no locale set, which results in spamming message that way falling back to "C" locale

AL13N, can you provide a bit more information? 

Setting version to cauldron because it's too late for Mageia 3 now.

this is from a PXE rescue boot, i updated the kernel and initrd from the mirrors in the alt0/ directory, but it's still the same... and note that it mentions mageia 3; and before that it mentions mageia 4

i also note that the cauldron rescue seems to be dated 18th may... maybe it's never been rebuilt since?

I remember that kind of message, I saw them also at the end of installation via DVD IIRC. So, I'm not sure it's specific to rescue, although it's more visible there.

Actually this looks fixed as of mga5, so there's no need to explicitly set locale to C
