Description of problem:

hi,

if i'm not wrong, someone told me the new bugzilla 4.x allows to choose multiple versions in the bug reports, hence if a bug continues to exist after a release, we just have to add only a new version instead of creating a new one. What can you tell me about this feature? is it possible? thanks

Cheers,
Marcello

dexter, i've added you in the assignee field because i know you're the person who is working in the new bugzilla, feel free to change it if i'm wrong. thanks
Comment 2 Marja Van Waes 2013-02-28 12:42:07 CET
adding LpSolit to cc

CC: (none) => LpSolit, marja11

Comment 3 Frédéric "LpSolit" Buclin 2013-02-28 19:44:58 CET
There is no such feature in Bugzilla 4.x. The version field is a single-select field and only one value can be assigned to it. You could emulate this using a multi-select custom field, though.

Severity: normal => enhancement

Marking this bug as invalid as such a feature doesn't exist in Bugzilla.

Resolution: (none) => INVALID
Status: NEW => RESOLVED
