Description of problem:
php-iconv is missing in the installation of owncloud. They are required to run first time installation wizard.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. urpmi owncloud
2. Connect to owncloud
3. An error is seen: "PHP module iconv is not installed. Please ask your server administrator to install the module."


Solution:
urpmi php-iconv
