Description of problem:

hi,
i've noticed we're using the device notifier placed in the systray to notify when a new device is inserted. it works bad and it is displayed in a wrong place.

i attach a screenshot to let you better understand my proposal.

It's an upstream bug in fact & should be fixed with the next kdelibs 
could you check with kdelibs4-4.6.2-2 when it's available on your mirror ?
