HI,

I have updated my Cauldron to kernel 3.8.0-desktop-1.mga3 but when I try to install my NVidia drivers with XFdrake, it downloads nvidia304-kernel-3.8.0-desktop-0-rc7.1.mga3

But, whet the download begenning, I have : 

"échec de la récupération : aria2 a échoué : sortie avec 3".

It's normal, the package doesn't exist on server !!!!

are you repository updated ? it should have the last one

Yes, it's OK.

I see these rpm when I search nvidia304-kernel for example in "Installer des Logiciels", I found nvidia304-kernel-3.8.0-desktop-1.mga3

But when I try to install nVidia driver with "Configurer le serveur X", the drktool try to download nvidia304-kernel-3.8.0-desktop-0-rc7.1.mga3

[root@Cauldron adrien]# urpmi --auto-update
le média « Core Release (distrib1) » est à jour
le média « Core Updates (distrib3) » est à jour
le média « Nonfree Release (distrib11) » est à jour
le média « Nonfree Updates (distrib13) » est à jour
le média « Tainted Release (distrib21) » est à jour
le média « Tainted Updates (distrib23) » est à jour
Les paquetages sont à jour

you should only have last kmod-*-kernel rpm available, and anyway such bugs will never come in stable release

Hi,

Today, I have updated my Cauldron.
Kernel 3.8.0-2 and i can download with XFdrake the good packages.

I remember only the kernel update (because i reboot the computer), but no draktool.

There may be an information file on the media that were not up to date?

Sorry, but this bug saw no action since over 2 yrs ago. 
No cauldron package has stayed the same since then.
