Hi team Mageia,

Is it possible to hide the hide part of the email address to avoid spam?

For example, specify only the beginning and truncate at the at sign? (As on the RedHat bugzilla)?

on the bugzilla you need to be logged in to see the complete email

for myself with all my action, I never get spam with my email address used here beside users that replay to me in private instead of on the bugzilla

On Google, you can find links from comments.gmane.org, and this website search on all the bugzilla, and my e-mail is written on Google.

I have created an alias with GMAIL, and the spam is intended to this email address.

That's already how it works (see http://article.gmane.org/gmane.linux.mageia.bugs/79728 for gmane.org - on our Bugzilla, if you're not logged in, you don't get to see email addresses). Do you have a URL/context of where email would show completely?

Yes, indeed, if we are offline, you can not see it in full.

I did not do this test.

For the URL with my full email address, I can not find the link from Google ...

It was on this link: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6640

  Google does not seem to index now ... This date 3 to 6 months, but I never open bug.
I use an e-mail that does not contain my name for safety.
