Fatal Error when starting update manager :
Couldn't open RPM DB () at /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.16.2/Rpmdrake/open_db.pm line 74

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click on install updates in the notification area "new updates available"
2.the fatal error comes
3.

you can fix this with 


rm -f /var/lib/rpm/__db*
rpm -vv --rebuilddb
