Description of problem:
Please add the package metisse and x11server-server-xmetisse.

There is an entry in drak3D but the packages do not exist.

Still true on DVD Cauldron Beta 2 32bit
As an alternative, you could remove the menu entry (but I'ld appreciate to have metisse included)

I wanted to diagnose a graphics problem by switching from Compiz to Metisse (64bit), but Metisse is not in the launch DVD, and not in repositories. Oh well.

Still can't install Metisse 3D in Cauldron, 10 Dec 2011

MCC -> Hardware -> Configure 3D -> Select Metisse

MCC reports:
The following packages need to be installed:
x11-server-xmetisse, metisse

Proceeding with install results in an error window:

No package named x11-server-xmetisse

I can't find x11-server-xmetisse in core, nonfree or tainted

as of drak3d 1.32, the entry for metisse has been removed.

Metisse has not seen any release since 2008 and it seems noone is interested in maintaining it in mageia. Can we close this bug as wontfix ?

I have no objection to the bug being closed, but maybe the original poster should comment. I only suggested Metisse be included in Mageia as I was trying to find bugs in the graphics rendering.
