Maybe you find this idea interesting: A tool that can upgrade a Mandriva 2010.2 system to Mageia. Maybe an automatic media sources configuration and upgrade.

Taking mandrivaonline from 2010.0 and changing the various strings ( like mirror list, etc ) should be easy to do. Then people would just have to click on the rpm from our website.
