release_blocker Gnome installed from the installer dvd which does not install xguest by default doesn't have this problem. Yesh, I'll drop xguest from live medias atleast for now until we figure out how to handle it... btw, on mga2 we remove xguest 2 days before the release because qa saw this was a mess (and iirc there is still some opened bugs) I'm not sure if it's removed or just not enabled/installed by default. The selection is still there in the installer to enable guest account, it's just not ticked. yep it's enable as default, but as the rpm it's not here you can't select it $ grep xguest /media/data/iso/test/Mageia-3-beta2-*/*.idx $
