I've noticed that I cannot FTP into the xguest account that
is created at install. Additionally, I cannot FTP locally
into the xguest account using "localhost" as the IP. Any
accounts created after install can in fact be accessed
via FTP. That includes using the "localhost" IP.

I am using Proftp.

Is this as expected or a Bug?

xguest is a 'fake' users, data is in a tmp file, etc, so you cannot do anything like this
