3beta2 MGA2TOO I have Mageia 3 KDE4 64-bit on a Mesh 64 3000 PC. I have the system time zone set to GB. The panel clock time zone is London. Panel clock shows Belfast in bold, London in regular typeface. There is no need for it to display Belfast. I think it would be best to show 3 times in panel-clock hover pop-up: GMT (i.e. UTC) Local time (i.e. London in my case, corrected for daylight saving time) Hardware clock CC:
