README.urpmi includes "Mandriva RPM specific notes"

(Is this README.urpmi really necessary? It relates to the upgrade of proftpd to v1.3, which happened 5 years ago.)

I think it may be still useful...

I removed the Mandriva references from README.urpmi, should be fixed in the next package.
