You can save the Project in local, Desktop, File System, Floppy Disk, Documents,
Music, Pictures, Videos and Downloads. But if you choose "Other...", and
select another folder on the system, whatever you choose gets put into the
top of your top local user directory.

Seems OpenShot has changed the way they select files somewhat
so I'm gonna change this to RESOLVED for now.
