In a Cauldron VM, updated right before the mass rebuild, window titlebars are invisible with IceWM using the default theme.  I also reproduced this in a fresh install from a December.  The titlebar menu button at the left and minimize/maximize/close buttons at the right are visible.  The rest in between is not, and in fact, the invisible rectangle bleeds down into the application a bit.

Switching to another theme like metal2, this does not persist.

If you try more themes, it appears other themes are affected, not only oxygen-aya-azul (default theme), e.g. True Curve, QNX, SilverXP, Urbicande.

I think this is a bug from upstream, because arch user have same problem: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=155162

Interesting.  It's also interesting that nothing's changed in this package or icewm-theme-oxygen-aya since Mageia 2, but Mageia 2 didn't exhibit the issue.

OK. I found more info about this bug.

In short, icewm is broken with newer Xorg versions. I can modify the image files in the default theme (oxygen-aya) so that the titlebar & border will appear. As for the other themes, since I have no time to check theme one by one, we might have to note it in the errata.
