lilo provides a script /usr/bin/keytab-lilo that is patched in lilo package syslinux contains a copy of it, which is not patched. So, it does not work and conflicts with lilo. It did not conflict so far because our old package of lilo still had it named keytab-lilo.pl while syslinux had it under the new name keytab-lilo. Documentation says: The included program keytab-lilo.pl from the LILO distribution can be used to create such keymaps. The file keytab-lilo.txt contains the documentation for this program. I think it would be better to not include a copy in syslinux (especially one not working on our distribution) and patch the doc to remove the word "included" (and actually the doc is wrong as it refers to the name with .pl) Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
