Description Kristoffer Grundström 2013-01-03 08:39:16 CET
Description of problem: I have successfully rebuilt the Cauldron src.rpm, but I can't seem to find where to set the button to make a character jump. I have tried many Joystick-settings, but it just won't work.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 1.53-2

How reproducible: All the time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install snes9x & snes9x-gtk.
2. Start the snes9x-gui.
3. Press Options ->Preferences followed by Joypads.
4. There's no possibility to add a Jump-button from the keyboard.

Turbo & Sticky-buttons is not something I've used before as I don't know what they're for, but I don't think it's related to my issue now.

I play Donkey Kong Country amongst other games.

I have googled, but noone has said anything about having trouble assigning a Jump-key.

Up-arrow, Down-arrow, Left-arrow, Right-arrow & Enter (Return-button), Space-button works fine when they're assigned.

Here's the rom-file to play DKC if you want to reproduce the issue: http://download.freeroms.com/snes_roms/donkey_kong_country.7z

This is not related to Mageia in any way, sorry, so I have to close this bug as INVALID.
