Description of problem:
In KDE, ibus-ui-gtk3 is not installed and ibus-daemon cannot be started because no panel is available.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ibus-1.4.99.20121109

How reproducible:
Boot KDE Live-DVD
or install with DVD and select KDE 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Boot KDE Live-DVD
2.Select a language requires input method
3.When desktop started, ibus is not available.
Or 
1.Boot install DVD
2.Select a language requires input method
3.Select KDE
4.After first booted into KDE, ibus is not available.

In the ibus.spec, ibus requires packages that provides ibus-ui. For KDE, plasma-applet-kimpanel-backend-ibus is installed but not working.

Easy fix is to install ibus-ui-gtk3 for KDE. Or we should try to make plasma-applet-kimpanel-backend-ibus enabled and work by default.

We have two problem:
1) plasma-applet-kimpanel need to be manually added to panel
2) it does not work as intended and ibus-daemon cannot be started.

Should I open another bug for plasma-applet-kimpanel?

I'm removing plasma-applet-kimpanel-backend-ibus from vendor list. Until we can find a solution for kimpanel to work, let's use ibus-ui-gtk3 instead.

ibus-ui-gtk3 is still not installed in KDE. Need more investigate on this.:(
