The parcellite package includes a file /etc/xdg/autostart/parcellite-startup.desktop   which will automatically start parcellite in Gnome and XFCE desktops.

By adding LXDE to the OnlyShowIn line parcellite will start automatically in lxde too

OnlyShowIn=GNOME;XFCE;LXDE;
