I see every day KDE update 4.9.80 / 90...

There are never Gnome update (or just for fixe bugs)

We can hope Gnome 3.7 / 3.8 ? or keep 3.6.0-2 ?

no this a development release, we will stay to gnome3.6 as gnome3.8 will come one week after mga3

Version freeze is still to early for that I think.
I can ask at the council monday to have confirmation.

(in fact 3.7 is the dev branch and 3.8 the stable)

It was later decided that Gnome 3.8 would not be provided at this time, which  means that Mageia 3 will be released with Gnome 3.6.
