So, for the sake of documenting, the group edition interface have been fixed, so the only request needing a intervention from sysadmin are the account promotion ( ie, someone in the commiter group )

I used identity-trunk as well. I got the list, filled the name into the form field and klicked "Add", the page got reloaded without him added.

Could someone check the logs from about 16.00 this afternoon?

For the record, since bug 6070 was fixed, it is now possible for the i18n team leader and deputy leader to add members to the i18n LDAP groups, therefore this bug may stay RESOLVED FIXED.

For the purpose of granting commit rights to new contributors, a supplementary step is required (POSIX Account). See bug 8560 for those requests.
