The name of the applets is localized. That is very well but the real name of the applet is shown nowhere. This looks like a great secret. It is rather difficult to find the real name:

$ grep -rn "Afficheur de charge systÃ¨me" /usr/share/kde4/services
/usr/share/kde4/services/plasma-applet-systemloadviewer.desktop:17:Name[fr]=Afficheur
de charge systÃ¨me

Each applet has a configurator. It should display the real name of the applet and why not,  the license, the name and the email of the author which are already  displayed when an applet is added on the desktop.

Sorry, but this bug saw no action since over 2 yrs ago - no cauldron package has stayed the same - and is still assigned to Bug Squad.
