Description of problem:

 numerous "No such signal Plasma::SvgItem::" errors
see attachment.

Guessing that is what is causing slow response when selecting open apps on the desktop.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
Clean install of Mageia-3-alpha3-x86_64-DVD.iso. Package Group Selection has all
package groups selected except LSB and Other Graphical Desktops
+ updates followed with
urpme --auto-orphans and reboot. Default runlevel: 3

1. startx
2. less .xsession-errors
 
$ cat /etc/sysconfig/desktop
DISPLAYMANAGER=gdm
DESKTOP=KDE4

beta 4 clean install does not have the errors.
