Description of problem:
rpmlint warns 

W: patch-not-applied

for example when checking alsa-utils src rpm

however the patch is applied during build:-

+ cd alsa-utils-1.0.26
+ /bin/chmod -Rf a+rX,u+w,g-w,o-w .
+ /bin/patch -U -s -p1 -b --suffix .0500 --fuzz=0 -i /home/baz/rpmbuild/SOURCES/0500-init-Mute-Beep-by-default.-It-s-annoying.patch
+ exit 0
