what is your graphic card ? can you paste the output of lspcidrake -v ?
better result if you start if failback mode ?

Comment 3 Juan Luis Baptiste 2012-11-21 00:20:23 CET
It's an hybrid one: ATI Radeon HD + integrated Intel. Attaching the lspcidrake output.

How do I start it ? It has been so long since I had an issue like this one that I don't remember how :)
Comment 4 Manuel Hiebel 2012-11-25 12:02:36 CET
it's the installer that does'nt boot or after ? for the first reboot ?

does it work when you try what is suggested in the mga2 errata ?

Comment 5 Juan Luis Baptiste 2012-11-29 23:46:25 CET
It's the installer or the desktop when selecting the boot option. I'm going to try the errata options and report back.
Comment 6 Juan Luis Baptiste 2012-11-30 00:06:50 CET
Ok, booting with xdriver=intel works in both boot and install options.
