Description of problem:

trying to use networkmanager-applet in xfce and lxde results in insufficient privileges

How reproducible:



Steps to Reproduce:
1. start up lxde or xfce 
2. set up a connection with network manager
3. try to switch wifi spots with nm-applet
4. insufficient privileges dialog

The above fix is incorrect. The problem is that there is no authentication agent running under these desktops, but this should be fixed now in Mageia 4 as we use mate-polkit agent under these lightweight desktops that do not provide sufficient infrastructure by themselves for a modern desktop (or at least have a confused approach to it - but then that's our job - to put together the missing pieces!)

Resolving as fixed as I believe it is now fixed.
