Description of problem:

ibus-setup is broken and does not let the user add new language entries.  Switching to
the input methods tab gives a tab that is not functional.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run ibus-setup
2. switch to input methods tab
3. find that one cannot add new methods

This is not a bug. I believe you are confused like I once were.

The drop-down menu is greyed-out, but if you click on the > symbols you can select the input methods to add.

After a few emails with AnneMarie Victor, pinyin can be added to ibus. Actually it was the theme which misleads/confuses users for select and add input methods.

I've add the steps to add input methods in the errata of Mageia 3:

Before better solutions are found, please refer to these steps for adding input methods.

I'm colsing this bug as it's in fact caused by misunderstanding and confusion of gui style. If you cannot add input method entries, please refer to the errata of Mageia 3 above.
