fundawang, thierry.vignaud (In reply to comment #1) > transcode needs to be rebuild for new imagemagick Also needed for mythtv-frontend :( # urpmi mythtv-frontend A requested package cannot be installed: transcode-1.1.7-2.mga3.tainted.x86_64 (due to unsatisfied libMagickWand.so.5()(64bit)) That has stopped my testing of MythTv.

As you seen like us, it' linked to the same old libmagic... (In reply to comment #4) > How can a old binary package from another distro can help? Since it was 1.1.7-7 I had hoped they had a libMagickWand that would compile. > As you seen like us, it' linked to the same old libmagic... Any chance of using the old package. If not, then you need to add "MythTv users will not be able to install Mythfrontend" to the Mageia 3 Errata document. latest updates resolved the problem. Resolution:

FIXED Thx Funda! I have a successful transcode install on a new cauldron boot.iso 32-bit install today. Many thanks to all. |
