Description of problem:
I have a similar problem: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=841322
I rebuilded SDL_mixer with patch0 and patch1 in SDL_mixer from Red Hat, it's works with media, but when try exit xbmc:
$ LC_ALL=C xbmc

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start xbmc
2. play any media

I've applied the mikmod patches to sdl mixer in our packages. Can you check that when everything is updated that xbmc still crashes?

I don't have crashes with info:
"*** glibc detected *** /usr/lib64/xbmc/xbmc.bin: double free or corruption (out): 0x00007f00485b5f60 ***"
But the crashes are ( https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8681 and https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8748 ) with mp4 (problems with ffmpeg or gstreamer1.0).
