Description of problem:

Today, after running my desktop Core i3 machine for a long time (though possibly with an out-of-date systemd running - I was warned about it), I got this kernel OOPS:

sorry for the mobile phone photograph, but the ones we tried taking with our digital camera were worse.

    A wide screen.

Hi,

I got another OOPS today, this time the backtrace appeared to be in an inode-related function. It's possible my hard disk is corrupt.
