Description of problem:

Install Mageia3-Alpha3 from 32 bits GNOME LiveCD (installed via: boot the CD -> choose install on first screen after BIOS password).

Complete install and reboot. 

The top right hand corner menu with <my name> --> System settings --> User accounts now shows the following 2 entries:

1. My user data as entered during install
2. system user for openssh
[ no one else ]

and

# grep openssh /etc/passwd
sshd:x.489:484:system user for openssh:/var/empty:/bin/true

accountsservice is not a gnome thing, it lives on https://bugs.freedesktop.org/. Didn't find a bug.

Added patch to accountsservice to also filter users with /bin/true login shell from users list. Default behaviour is to apply filtering if login shell is /bin/false or /sbin/nologin.

Dunno if this should have been fixed in openssh [1] instead of accountsservice..

[1] Change system users login shell to /bin/false or /sbin/nologin instead of /bin/true.

FWIW: Fedora set the openssh shell to /sbin/nologin
